The Smashing Pumpkins are coming to Calgary on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, as part of their Rats in a Cage Tour. The concert takes place at the Scotiabank Saddledome and marks the band’s return to Calgary for a one-night performance.

Formed in Chicago in 1988, The Smashing Pumpkins became one of the most influential alternative rock bands of the 1990s. Their music combines alternative rock, grunge, and psychedelic influences, with well-known songs including 1979, Tonight, Tonight, Bullet with Butterfly Wings, and Today.

The Rats in a Cage Tour celebrates the legacy of the band’s 1995 double album, Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, which marked its 30th anniversary in 2025.

The Calgary concert begins at 8:00 PM at the Scotiabank Saddledome. Tickets and additional concert information are available online.
